  • 5. Coordinate a date and time to turn yourself in which is convenient for you. We will assist you in turning yourself into the Jail, clearing the warrant, and will post your bail bond at the same time.

  • 6. You will then go through the intake and release process at the Jail which is usually between 1 to 3 hours at the Plantation Key facility. If you wish to turn yourself into the Key West facility processing times are longer due to the size of the jail.

  • 7. After release, attend all required court dates until case is completed.
  • Unfortunately, the answer is no. To have a Monroe County arrest warrant cleared, you must physically go through a booking process inside of the Intake and Release section of the jail which will include a photograph and fingerprints. While being processed, a Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Deputy will complete a sworn affidavit affirming you were already arrested on the arrest warrant.

  • Only then will the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office warrants division remove the person’s name from the law enforcement databases used to identify and locate people with outstanding arrest warrants nationwide.
